  Ensure your items are in new, sellable condition with original tags and packaging; please note that paper, pens, and custom-cut items are final sale.

  Contact our support team via email or visit our San Francisco storefront with your order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your art supplies to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip before shipping to our returns department.

  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
